At Montale Parfums, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our luxury fragrances; however, if you are not entirely pleased, you may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been sprayed or removed from their original cellophane wrapping.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Service team via the online portal or email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Place the unopened fragrance in its original box and use the protective transit packaging provided to ensure the delicate glass bottle remains secure during shipping.

• 3.
  Label and Dispatch

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the seal is intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
